That safety process begins during hiring. Bringing in the most experienced, safety-minded individuals creates the foundation for future success. Through extensive training during the onboarding process, individuals are mentored and introduced to our culture of safety and support. Employees are then placed in our ABC competency program, where we match the right people to the right job. This creates a safe, efficient and positive mentorship experience that directly relates to a successful project completion.
Solution Services strives to lead the industry in contractor-driven safety. We have a commitment to providing NEW, state of the art and well-maintained equipment. Our procedure and hazard identification process is integrated into our project management execution plans. This forms a comprehensive accountability structure that makes up our quality control assurance packages. Our culture exemplifies the highest of standards. We are COR certified from Energy Safety Canada and are in full compliance in all client safety accounts.

With the belief that we are only as good as our people, we have built in-house competency, procedure and field training programs to assist our employees succeed. These programs are led by true mentors who share in the desire to educate, inform and empower every member of our team.

Our annual tree planting campaign is a great example of that stewardship.
